It Has Been Decided

                It has been decided by Akira that Nel now has a fraternal twin brother named Ando. The only thing is that is a problem is whether his voice should be created the same as Nel's ,or should he be created without a pitch change? He has yet to receive a design because his recording method is still being decided.
